Shipping and Tracking

- Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Our partner courier will send you the tracking number as soon as they have picked-up your parcel from our warehouse.
- Due to increased order volume, additional health & safety protocols and delays beyond our control from our shipping partners, you may experience delays in receiving your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
- Track the status of your order via Ninjavan tracking page
- Track the status of your return pick-up via Airspeed tracking page
- There will be instances that our partner courier/s might not be able to deliver to your area due to out of delivery zone or service disruptions which will cancel your order.  

Delivery rates and estimated delivery period:

Metro Manila: 4-7 days (PHP 80)
GMA: 4-10 days (PHP 100)
Provincial: 4-10 days (PHP 120)

My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbours, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.
